ATLANTA, Ga. – UNI Athletics and Playfly Aspire have announced the second, multi-year extension to their partnership. With this extension, Playfly Aspire has added more responsibilities to their on-site fan relationship center including ticket office operation. The fan relationship center has been in charge of ticket sales and service across Panther Athletics since 2018.
"We are excited about the extension and expanded partnership with Playfly Aspire to run our ticketing operations," said Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs, Jamar Thompson. "This partnership will allow us to better serve our fans day in and day out with excellent customer service while helping increase attendance at our athletics events."
The two companies have worked side by side and are committed to flexibility and holistic support of one another. Playfield Aspire has leaned on its Strategy, Analytics, and Marketing (SAM) team to streamline and bolster fan experience as well as understand barriers and efficiency of attendance strategies.
