For the second summer in a row, residents of Fairfield are raising concerns about noise coming from large industrial fans on the Newark Country Club golf course.

The fans kick on shortly after 7 a.m., and residents say they are a constant annoyance until they're turned off in the evening, infringing on the residents' ability to enjoy their yards and inducing stress.
